To date, these are a selection of our biggest and impressive jobs we have undertaken and complete. The stretching of a 30 ton tracked base unit undercarriage. This increased the foot print of the track, allowing the machine to travel over soft ground without breaking the peat surface.
Another was the green Sennebogen crane base. The main pin from the boom to super structure managed to wobble out during a night shift operation and tore out the eye. This was seen as unrepairable by others but we took on the task. Removing damaged and stressed steel, we began to fabricate the steel needed to recreate the original frame. Adding additional strengthening plates over welded joints for added security.
